DFT Engineer - Mixed-Signal SoCs & Test Automation

Cirrus Logic is looking for a DFT engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will collaborate within a team to define and implement DFT features for mixed-signal SoCs targeting consumer audio markets. Candidates should hold an MSEE or BS with relevant experience, boasting hands-on knowledge of ASIC DFT design and verification.

Responsibilities include generating and verifying Memory BIST logic and ensuring effective test coverage. Ideal candidates will have familiarity with EDA tools, scripting languages, and excellent communication skills.
