HVAC/Refrigeration Technician - US, North Carolina - 12 Months Initial Contract
Our client, a global pharmaceutical manufacturing organization, is looking for a talented HVAC/Refrigeration Technician to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and significant investment across their portfolio and capital programs, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their brand‑new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.
What you'll do- Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance of the site’s heating, ventilation, air‑condition and refrigeration systems and equipment with limited supervision.
- Report complex HVAC issues to senior technicians, management, or plant engineering.
- Oversee the installation of equipment, as required.
- Lead small projects related to HVAC systems and cold rooms.
- Provide recommendations to management to develop HVAC maintenance schedules.
- Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, applied engineering or another relevant field.
- HVAC Certification.
- Refrigeration Controls Certificate.
- Prior experience with industrial HVAC systems.
- Prior experience working in a GMP manufacturing environment.
