Hydraulic Test Lab Technician (HAFD - Triad Dr)

This position will report to the Design Engineering Lab Manager and will be based in Greensboro, NC.
Position Summary
Evaluates products by conducting performance, environmental, and operational tests and running various hydraulic test stands. Performs various design functions including 3D CAD Modeling & Drawing and processing Engineering Change Orders (ECO).
Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge and familiarity with hydraulic systems at the technician level with high mechanical aptitude and hands on ability. Knowledge of various hydraulic gages such as pressure transducers and flow meters is required.
- Knowledge of hydraulic concepts such as pressure, flow, viscosity, relief valve function, pump basics, etc. Solid Works 3D CAD model, assembly, and drawing proficiency.
- Knowledge of mechanical drafting standards such as ASME Y14.5.
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency.
