Technical Sales Engineer

We're partnered with one of the leading HVAC manufacturer's representatives in the Southeast, representing a portfolio of industry-leading HVAC, mechanical and building automation manufacturers across the Country.

They're looking for a Sales Engineer to manage and grow relationships across the Carolinas, developing business with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, owners and end users across both commercial and the rapidly expanding data center market.

This role offers exceptional earning potential, with an opportunity to earn seven figures. Numerous individuals within the business are already achieving this.

This is a relationship-driven role where you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing existing accounts and providing technical support across a range of applied HVAC and mechanical solutions. You'll work closely with engineers and contractors from project specification through to equipment selection.

• Experience selling HVAC, mechanical or building automation solutions into consulting engineers, mechanical contractors and end users.
• Ideally sold products such as chillers, air handlers, cooling towers, pumps, controls, valves, heat exchangers or wider applied HVAC equipment.
• Develop equipment specifications with consulting engineers and support projects from design through to award.
• Manage existing accounts while identifying and winning new business opportunities.
• Work closely with internal applications and project teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Travel throughout the Carolinas visiting customers, consultants and project sites.
