We have the capability to provide a complete range of mechanical services from conceptual design to installation and follow-up maintenance. HVAC Construction Project Operations Executive, 2 Openings in Durham and Greensboro.
Responsibilities- Manage HVAC construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee installation and service of HVAC systems.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in HVAC project management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Experience with design build projects.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and technologies.
