Construction Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team as a Project Engineer in Greensboro, North Carolina.

• Site civil design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Storm-water analysis and design.
• Use of civil engineering software applications.
• Local, State and Federal permitting.
• Site construction supervision and management.
• Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting.
• Land surveying knowledge and understanding.
• Grading and erosion control plan development.
• Effective time management and assignment of duties.

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• PE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 months.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in land development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design.
• Microsoft Office software proficiency.
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills, motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, team player, and ability to work independently.

This position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to senior management.

• Annual Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 USD
