Project Engineer

Location:

Greensboro, North Carolina. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000.

We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team. Applicants should have experience with site civil design, storm‑water analysis and design, and proficiency with civil engineering software. Projects are privately funded and focus on residential, commercial, and industrial site design.

• Local, State and Federal Permitting
• Site construction supervision and management
• Feasibility analysis, due‑diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting
• Land surveying knowledge and understanding
• Grading and erosion control plans
• Stormwater management and design
• Effective time management and assignment of duties

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• PE license or ability to obtain PE within 12 months
• Minimum of 5 years experience in land development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently
• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficiency with earthwork analysis and storm‑water management design
• Microsoft Office software proficiency
• Detail‑oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills, team player
• Motivated self‑starter with ability to work independently and in team environment
• Goal‑oriented with attention to detail

This position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to senior management.
