Job Description:

** Job Overview*
* As a Process engineer on our Manufacturing Engineering team, you will:

+ Design and develop plating processes

+ Solve problems using root cause analysis

+ Evaluate and investigate mechanical tools, plating process improvements, and production failures

** Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidate must reside within Greensboro, NC or near it.*

+ Model and design plating process improvements

** What your background should look like*
* + 2 to 5 years of manufacturing experience

Experience with CAD modeling and drawing software

+ Strong understanding of problem-solving techniques

+ Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment

** COMPENSATION*
* -    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $71,200 - $89,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

-    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
