Project Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Professional Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. Applicants should have experience with site civil design and expertise in storm-water analysis and design, as well as proficiency with civil engineering software applications. Projects are primarily privately funded and focused on residential, commercial, and industrial site design.

Experience Preferences:

• Local, State and Federal Permitting
• Site construction supervision and management
• Feasibility analysis, due-diligence, cost estimates, and budgeting
• Land surveying knowledge and understanding
• Grading and Erosion Control Plans
• Stormwater management and design
• Effective time management and assignment of duties

Requirements /

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• PE License or ability to obtain PE within 12 months
• A minimum of 5 years experience in Land Development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and plan work efficiently
• Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Proficient with earthwork analysis and storm-water management design
• Microsoft Office software proficiency
• Detail oriented, professional attitude, good communication skills, team player
• Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently but also within a team environment
• Goal-oriented within a team environment with attention to detail

This position will provide support and leadership for our current team and will report directly to senior management.
