Overview:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading large-scale industrial, manufacturing, facility expansion, or capital projects.
- This position is responsible for leading large-scale manufacturing expansion, facility development, and operational growth initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- The role will focus on planning, execution, and delivery of high-value Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring business objectives, operational readiness, schedule, budget, and stakeholder expectations are achieved.
- The Project Manager will serve as a key leader throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept development and scope definition through execution, commissioning, and operational handoff.
- This individual will work closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- The ideal candidate is a highly autonomous leader with extensive experience managing complex manufacturing projects exceeding $100M in value.
- This individual must be comfortable driving cross-functional alignment, managing competing priorities, mitigating risk, and delivering results in fast-paced industrial environments.
- Lead large-scale Greenfield and Brownfield manufacturing projects from concept through completion
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and execution strategies
- Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Drive project governance, reporting, and executive communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Scope Development & Strategic Planning
- Define project scope, objectives, resource requirements, and success criteria
- Partner with stakeholders to develop project roadmaps aligned with business growth strategies
- Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Support long-term manufacturing capacity and operational growth initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and project execution activities
- Capital Projects & Facility Expansion
- Lead manufacturing expansion, facility optimization, and operational readiness initiatives
- Support site selection, facility expansion, infrastructure upgrades, and capacity growth projects
- Oversee implementation of manufacturing equipment, production lines, and operational systems
- Manage large-scale capital investment projects and associated budgets
- Ensure successful transition from project execution to operational ownership
