Location:
Greensboro, Charlotte, or Raleigh, NC
Salary: $75,000–$105,000
We are seeking an experienced BIM/VDC Coordinator to support electrical construction projects and collaborate with project managers, engineers, preconstruction teams, vendors, and field personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate BIM for assigned electrical construction projects
- Create and maintain 3D models, shop drawings, construction documents, and as-builts
- Perform clash detection and coordinate solutions with project teams
- Develop electrical layouts using contract documents and Electrical Code requirements
- Produce quantity takeoffs, bills of materials, and schedules
- Support onsite layout, field installation, and project coordination
- Provide technical BIM support to project managers and superintendents
- Maintain accurate and current BIM documentation
- 2+ years of related BIM/VDC experience
- Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
- Electrical layout experience in Revit preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Electrical construction experience preferred
