Investment Service Associate

The Investment Service Associate specializes in the ongoing maintenance of all client investment accounts. This role will work closely with the planning and operations departments to ensure that investment account operations are happening timely and smoothly for all clients.

• Oversee the execution of all ongoing maintenance requests for HFS investment accounts
• Provide ongoing updates to planning team on investment account status
• Communicate with clients to discuss investment account logistics
• Assist with new account opening, rollover calls, and asset transfers as needed

• Candidate must possess associate’s degree or higher. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active NC Life & Accident/Health Ins. license or obtained within first 60 days
• Active Series 6 or 7 and 63 or 66 licenses, or must be obtained in the first 180 days
• One or more years working in the financial services spaced preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workload deadlines
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ability to interpret financial statements
• Great attitude and the ability to represent HFS professionally
