Accounting Manager – Technical Accounting

• Lead technical accounting research and application of U.S. GAAP across various transactions, including revenue arrangements and business combinations
• Partner with Risk, Regulatory Reporting, and Legal to implement banking regulatory accounting and reporting guidance
• Document accounting and regulatory conclusions for new transactions and strategic programs
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Finance, FP&A, Treasury, and other business partners on complex accounting matters
• Monitor and support the implementation of new accounting and regulatory standards issued by governing bodies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
• CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in public accounting and/or technical accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP with experience in banking and financial services
• Proven ability to prepare clear technical accounting documentation and communicate complex issues effectively

• Experience working in or serving clients within a regulated financial services environment
• Familiarity with regulatory guidance, examinations, or supervisory expectations
• Proven track record of partnering with external auditors and regulatory stakeholders
