No back-office reporting job. It’s a high-visibility, plant-facing leadership role where you will own cost, inventory, and operational performance across multiple manufacturing sites — with a clear path to Controller or FP&A leadership.

The company is growing 10–20% year-over-year through both organic expansion and active M&A. They are investing heavily in operations and need a finance leader who can bring structure, insight, and accountability as they grow.

• Lead a disciplined 2-day month-end close across multiple plants
• Design and implement a cycle count program from the ground up across four sites
• Own standard cost rolls, BOM integrity, and inventory accuracy
• Drive actionable variance analysis with plant leadership
• Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Shared Services to improve performance
• Strengthen controls, streamline processes, and support M&A integration
• Operate within Infor XA (strong preference)

• Direct partnership with plant leaders, your work influences real operational decisions
• Exposure to M&A integration and scaling systems

• Clear succession planning into broader financial leadership

• 7+ years of manufacturing accounting experience (complex manufacturing preferred)
• Deep expertise in cost accounting, standard costs, BOMs, inventory, and variances
• Comfort operating on the plant floor and in executive meetings
• Collaborative but confident, able to challenge respectfully
• Systems mindset (Infor XA is a strong plus)
• An FP&A orientation — you think beyond the ledger
