Staff Accountant

On-site Requirement

This is an onsite role – candidate must be able and willing to work from office 5 days a week.

Staff Accountant / AR Specialist reports to the VP of Finance.

• Process billings for our audit services business using our proprietary software.
• Assist with billings for our software SaaS and services business.
• Assist with client follow‑ups on outstanding AR and provide support for inquiries.
• Administer the corporate credit card program.
• Assist with monthly general ledger reconciliations.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Other special projects as assigned.

• Strong technical skills in computing and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable and cash collections processes.
• Two years experience in industry or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferred: BS in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Ability to learn and perform multiple functions for redundancy within Finance.
• Ability to work with others within the company to solve finance related issues.
