Source Receivables Management, LLC is looking for experienced, motivated, and results-driven debt collectors to join our Greensboro call center team.

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls with consumers.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve past-due accounts.
• Use proven collection techniques to maximize account resolution.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly collection and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable collection laws and regulations.
• Deliver professional and respectful consumer interactions while achieving results.

We are specifically seeking experienced debt collectors who:

• Have previous debt collection experience.
• Have a proven history of meeting or exceeding collection goals.
• Are confident negotiating payment arrangements.
• Are comfortable handling difficult conversations and objections.
• Are competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Can work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Are dependable, professional, and committed to achieving results.

Previous experience in third-party collections, first-party collections, credit card collections, consumer collections, or a similar environment is highly preferred.

Monday - Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Wednesday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

This position is based at our Greensboro, NC call center. We are looking for collectors who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and are ready to put their experience to work.
