Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

We’re seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to serve as the financial right hand to operations leadership located in Greensboro, NC. In this high-impact role, you’ll combine strong financial planning and analysis capabilities with hands-on project leadership to shape capital decisions, strengthen operational performance, and ensure the business is investing in the right priorities.

This is more than a traditional FP&A role — it’s a chance to be a strategic partner across operations, supply chain, and plant leadership, helping the organization make smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions.

Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations.

Partner with supply chain and operational leaders to support business decisions.

Evaluate capital investments and support long-term planning.

Perform financial analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and return on investment.

Manage cross-functional projects and help drive execution.

Create reports and dashboards to monitor performance and key metrics.
