Blondie’s Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our service team. In this role, you will provide exceptional nail services—manicures, pedicures, gel applications, and nail enhancements—while delivering a luxurious and personalized guest experience. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, professional, and passionate about the beauty and wellness industry. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience- Conduct personalized consultations to assess client needs and preferences
- Provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, gel services, and nail enhancements
- Educate clients on nail care, product usage, and at-home maintenance
- Maintain detailed service notes, product recommendations, and guest preferences
- Encourage repeat business through exceptional service, follow-up, and rebooking
- Participate in monthly one-on-one coaching sessions with salon leadership
- Submit a coaching reflection form one week prior to each session
- Track service and retail performance to align with personal and team goals
- Attend paid education sessions offered by Blondie’s
- Stay up-to-date on current nail trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Share knowledge with teammates to contribute to ongoing salon development
- Follow all sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with state board regulations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
- Ensure tools, implements, and common areas are consistently sanitized and well-stocked
- Maintain an active and professional social media presence showcasing your nail work
- Share relevant photos and captions a minimum of twice per week
- Participate in promotional opportunities and salon-hosted events
- Earnings Structure: 40% service commission or hourly rate, whichever is higher; 10% retail commission; plus tips

- Current Indiana Nail Technician License or Cosmetology License
- Proficiency in all aspects of nail care and nail enhancements
