The Division of Radiologic Science is recruiting for a fixed‑term, faculty appointment at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Associate Professor.
Primary Responsibilities- Teaching upper division undergraduate degree courses related to professional communication, leadership, research, medicolegal issues, and masters level research courses;
- Active role in leadership in the Division of Radiologic Science as specified with the Department Chair;
- Curriculum Director for master’s degree program;
- Additional duties as assigned by Division Director or assumed role as Division Director.
- Doctoral degree related to administration, healthcare, research, public health, or informatics;
Applicants nearing completion of doctoral degree may be considered. - Graduate of an accredited medical imaging program (JRCERT or JRCDMS)
- Certification in radiography by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or certification in sonography by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography
- Prior teaching experience in a baccalaureate medical imaging program
- Record of leadership positions in academics, healthcare, or industry
- Prior administrative experience
- Publication and presentation record at the state, regional, and national level
- Interest in artificial intelligence, imaging informatics, global health/abroad opportunities for faculty and students
- Active participation in professional societies (JRCERT/JRCDMS, ARRT/ARDMS, ASRT/SDMS)
