Compliance deadline: 12:00 PM EST the Wednesday prior to the start date (Y/N) Requirements BLS – Required ACLS – Required RCIS or RCES – Strongly Preferred (not required) Patient Population Adults Geriatrics Skills & Experience Required Scrubbing and EKG monitoring Balloon angioplasty PCI Stent placement Thrombectomy Impella insertion Left and right heart catheterization Rotablator Procedural Volume 25–35 invasive cath procedures per day Advanced Cardiac Interventions Atherectomy (CSI) Impella IABP ACIST OCT IVUS Swan-Ganz catheter Angio Jet Radial, ulnar, and femoral access Specialty Areas EP Lab (devices, ablations, EP studies) PV Lab (fistula, A/O, lower extremity runoff, pedal access, thrombectomy, hemodynamic monitoring, conscious sedation) Common Diagnoses Coronary artery disease Peripheral vascular disease Arrhythmias Abnormal electrical function of the heart Systems EPIC (Cupid) XPER Witt (hemodynamic monitoring)
