Overview

Our Clinician Compass Program is designed to guide you through every stage of your BCBA certification journey until you become a BCBA.
What We’re Offering- Total Annual Earning Potential: up to almost $60,000 per year
- Base Compensation: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour based on experience, skills, and geography, with a future path to $80,000+ base salary as a BCBA
- Clinician Compass Program: three pathways toward your BCBA certification, paid exam prep days, focused mentorship, supervision support, and $5,000 in incentive bonuses for completing your Master’s program and passing the BACB exam
- Initial Onboarding Support: 60+ hours of comprehensive training during the first 3-4 weeks, including clinical best practices, using Central Reach, goal writing, clinical problem solving, CPT codes, telehealth assessments; weekly office hours or 1:1 support as needed
- Benefits Highlights: opportunity for direct & indirect supervision hours, study support and training to help you pass the BCBA exam, 13 days off annually between holidays including 1 floating holiday and PTO accruing from Day 1

Schedule:
Mon-Fri mornings, midday, and afternoons until 6:30pm, with two to three evenings per week until 8:30pm (paid extra for evenings); no Saturday work unless you schedule make-up sessions - Our Promise: no contracts or non-compete agreements; at-will employment

Incentives:
Clinician Compass Program with up to $5,000 in bonuses, paid supervision hours, mentorship and materials, and paid exam prep time to fast-track certification - Clear path to make values-based clinical decisions focused on the client and family
- As a CASP Provider, access to CASP’s CEU library (over 75 CEU-approved courses, plus 10 CEUs annually via ALP events)

- Reasonable expectation of billable hours and manageable caseloads (reduced expectations for Clinician Compass participants)
- Clear promotion framework from BCBA to Senior Clinical Director roles
- Opportunity to partner and/or serve with our internal DEI council
- Administrative support resources for client intake, recruiting, payroll, HR, billing, credentialing, contracting, and scheduling
- Work under the guidance of a BCBA and participate in the Clinician Compass pathway, including paid fieldwork, small group trainings, and monthly mentorship sessions
- Supervise and evaluate client programs, provide parent education, conduct assessments, and solve problems to ensure continuous client progress under a BCBA
- Motivate and mentor behavior technicians, helping them learn, grow professionally, and implement treatment plans effectively
- Balance direct intervention with supervisory responsibilities, adapt to challenges, manage a dynamic caseload
- Aspiring BCBAs seeking support to complete their journey and accelerate the path to becoming a BCBA
- Enrolled in or completed Master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or related program required
- Experience with software solutions for data collection and programming
- 2-3 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Ideal candidates will be 6-12 months from eligibility to sit for BACB Exam
- Fingerprinting, TB test, and Pre-employment Physical Exam required (paid for by us)
