As part of the Well‑Spring Group, which has provided quality care for aging adults for over 25 years, Home Care from Well‑Spring Solutions offers personalized, one‑on‑one care to clients in private residential settings throughout the Greensboro community and on the Well‑Spring campus.

We are currently hiring part‑time Certified Nursing Assistants to support clients with flexible, short shifts that vary based on changing client needs and schedules. This role is ideal for CNAs seeking consistent hours, schedule flexibility, or supplemental income.

We are hiring for first shift, evening, and third shift hours. Schedules may include short shifts throughout the day, making this position a great fit for students, caregivers, or CNAs seeking a healthy work‑life balance.

In this role, you will follow individualized care plans and provide high‑quality, client‑centered care, including hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, mobility, transfers, and eating. You will also support dietary and nutritional needs, assist with meal preparation or meal pick‑up, perform light housekeeping and laundry, escort clients to appointments on or off campus, support daily routines and meaningful activities, and promptly document and report any changes in client condition to the Home Care Services Nurse Supervisor.

Qualified candidates must have an active CNA listing in good standing on the North Carolina Nurse Aide Registry, a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to safely provide hands‑on physical care, and a reliable, compassionate, and professional approach to caregiving.
