Amivie - - Responsibilities:
Provide ADLs and IADLs as outlined in the individuals care plan.;
Report deviations in a clients functional or medical condition to the RN Field Supervisor or agency personnel.;
Deliver services according to the assigned schedule and approved service plan.;
Demonstrate competence in performing assigned tasks (bathing, dressing, mobility, transfers, etc.) in accordance with the plan of care.;
Assist with IADLs and tasks such as meal preparation, transportation, and companionship as required by the care plan.
