Shift(s):Full-time, typically Monday through Friday (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Salary:
Dependent upon experience
You will assist with the operation and implementation of health, wellness, and fitness programs, events, and services for our residents. Responsible for planning and leading programs such as water classes, land-based fitness classes, fitness center instruction, equipment maintenance and orientation. Also responsible for physical aspects of the pool chemical regulation, pool cleaning schedule and operation of equipment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Gerontology, Physical Education, Wellness, or related field preferred)
- Nationally accredited Group Fitness Instructor Certification
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Experience working with older adults in senior living, healthcare, or community wellness settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and resident engagement software (e.g., Icon)
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to effectively communicate and complete required tasks, including training and documentation
- Must be certified or have degree in associated field
- Must maintain current CPR status
