Authora Care Collective is currently seeking an In-Patient PRN RN for our hospice facility in Greensboro (Beacon Place) or in Burlington (Hospice Home).

Assess and identify patient/caregiver problems, establish care goals, and implement interventions. Work with attending physician to establish medical plan of care. Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, providing emotional support and teaching. Work closely with the interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with team members, patients, caregivers, physicians, pharmacists, and other health care professionals and community service organizations.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license in North Carolina in good standing with NCBON.
• One year of experience (two years preferred) in an acute or home health setting.
• CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (BLS) is required.
• Valid state‑issued driver's license; own transportation; must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency.
