Job Title
TRAVEL - MONITOR TECH

Shift: 6:45PM-7:15AM, Nights

Job Description:
The Central Monitoring unit at the facility is responsible for cardiac monitoring of approximately 336 patients across seven hospitals. This includes providing Virtual Sitter options and operating remotely from the main campus. The role involves extensive use of the GE Carescape system for patient monitoring, communication with floor staff, and report generation.
Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret heart rhythms
- Build end of shift reports within the GE Carescape system
- Add and discharge patients from the GE Carescape system
- Communicate with floor staff by desktop phone and iPhone application
- Maintain a running call log
- Handle a high volume of patients efficiently
- Previous travel experience working in remote monitoring
- Telemetry competency
- Able to pass basic cardiac rhythm test
- Analyze and interpret heart rhythms
- Good attendance record
- Proficient in typing and basic computer knowledge
- Basic knowledge of operating an iPhone
- Maintain composure during stressful situations
