• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and coworkers.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Perform various hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities or information upon request.
• Provide courteous service with a Service +1 mindset.
