Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Night Auditor to manage overnight front desk operations and ensure accurate daily financial reporting. In this role, you'll assist guests with late check-ins, reconcile the day’s transactions, and prepare reports for management. Ideal candidates are organized, trustworthy, and enjoy working independently in a quiet, overnight setting.

• Ensure all transactions are recorded and reconciled correctly during overnight hours.
• Audit guest accounts, process night audit reports, and assist with guest check-ins and checkouts.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Director of Finance/Controller.
• Opportunity for advancement to front office supervisor, manager, or hotel accounting/finance positions.

• High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Combination of education and experience accepted.

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
