The Cone Health Talent Acquisition Team is directly responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, and hiring of tomorrow's healthcare professionals. Supporting a health system of over 13,000 employees serving Alamance, Forsyth, Guilford, Randolph, Rockingham, and surrounding counties, Talent Acquisition utilizes a variety of innovative recruitment strategies for meeting the system-wide hiring demands of both Cone's clinical and non-clinical leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, analyze, and summarize data related to program performance, workforce trends, and strategic planning.

* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners on campaigns, initiatives, and special projects.

* Manage multiple concurrent tasks and priorities effectively.

* Supports the Talent Acquisition recruitment process to include interviewing, interview scheduling, and any other relevant tasks assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.

* Support the development, implementation, and tracking of internal and external initiatives, events

* Assist with database management, reporting, and documentation of key processes.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for leadership and stakeholders.

* Conduct research on industry benchmarks, best practices, and emerging trends.

* Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and program rollouts.

* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project lead.

Qualifications

* Undergraduate level students junior classification or above, recent graduates, and graduate level students pursuing the following majors: HR, Business, or Health Services Management/Healthcare Administration

* Minimum Program GPA of 3.0

* Passion for pursuing a career in the talent acquisition field and/or Human Resources

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Proven track record for meeting deadlines

* Proficient in Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point

* Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.

* Ability to listen empathetically and organize information logically.
