Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Administrator to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will handle payroll operations for a workforce of approximately 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This is a long-term contract position, offering stability and opportunities for skill development.

Responsibilities:

- Process full-cycle payroll efficiently and accurately for 500 employees.

- Manage multi-state payroll operations, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

- Enter and verify payroll data with attention to detail to maintain accuracy.

- Address and resolve payroll-related discrepancies or inquiries promptly.

- Maintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with organizational policies.

- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely submission of payroll information.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.

- Assist in audits related to payroll processes and documentation.

- Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and practices to ensure compliance.

- Provide support for payroll system updates or transitions as needed. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing.

- Knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and practices.

- Ability to handle payroll for 101-500 employees effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in payroll software and data entry.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Familiarity with tax laws and payroll compliance standards.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
