Employer Relations Specialist
Job SummaryThe Employer Relations Specialist is a full-time position that supports the Bryan School of Business and Economics' mission to connect students with meaningful professional opportunities by cultivating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with employers, alumni, and community partners. Reporting to the Employer & Corporate Relations Manager, this position plays a critical role in executing employer engagement initiatives, coordinating signature events, managing data reporting, and supporting workforce development efforts that enhance student placement outcomes.
The Employer Relations Specialist serves as a collaborative bridge between employers, students, faculty, and staff, advancing the school's strategic priorities of workforce readiness, industry partnerships, and community engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in employer relations, recruitment, career services, human resources, marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- 3 or more years of experience in employer relations, recruiting, career services, human resources, marketing or related field.
- Master's degree in business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with CRM or data tracking systems.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
