Description:

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supports the development and execution of the people strategy and HR operations for the site. The HRBP partners closely with people leaders to execute HR initiatives, foster positive culture, and support organizational effectiveness.

What you will be responsible for:
  • Employee Relations – foster positive employee relations, and manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and employee concerns. Provide appropriate support and timely response relative to all issues and investigations.
  • Talent Management – support succession planning, performance and learning programs. Collaborate with Leadership Development Coach and Trainer on evaluation of programs being delivered and execution of Talent Management strategy.
  • HR Program Administration – manage attendance, leaves, accommodations, benefit and 401K program administration.
  • Total Rewards & HR Operations – support the review on total rewards, job architecture and HRIS data integrity.
  • Policy, Compliance & Governance – support development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures and Employee Handbook. Monitor and report on HR governance.
  • Inclusion, Engagement & Culture – promote and support an inclusive workplace and engagement initiatives.
  • HR Analytics & Continuous Improvement – use data to diagnose trends and drive improvements. Interpret and translate HR data into meaningful business insights to ensure business leader awareness and understanding.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will consider equivalent experience.
  • PHR or SHRM certification considered an asset
  • Minimum 5 years HR experience
  • Ability to build strong trusted relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Sound professional judgement
