Talent Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to our:
- Greensboro, NC office.
- Irvine, CA office.
- Quick Release office (our sister company).
- Responsible for compliance, reporting and overall employee support including the HR ticketing system for ALTEN. This includes AAP, EEO, CA Pay Data, VETS, etc.
- Ensure compliance with general state laws.
- Lead our MVR program and compliance.
- Provide employee support and customer service to the organization.
- Assist with employee change processing and be a backup for HR orientation.
- Offer letter approvals and signing.
- 3 yrs + experience in an HR position (HR specialist, HR generalist, HR coordinator.)
- Compliance experience including state reporting as well as government reporting required.
- Process development and implementation experience.
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
- Flexible and able to adapt quickly.
- Professional and well spoken. Great communicator. Experience with organization communication.
