IT Enterprise Architect
Hybrid in Greensboro, NC
* Candidate must be able to work onsite at the client location in Greensboro on day 1
* MUST HAVE - EA Framework (Togaf, Archimate, Sparx, Etc), Repository and Mapping, Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities:
- Part of a team facilitating the development of common services platforms supporting global expansion.
- Design solutions compliant with the CAST model (Common Architecture, Shared Technology).
- Create scalable, cost-effective global solutions.
- Provide guidance in line with target architecture and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Work in a cross-functional team to understand project scope, objectives, and business value.
- Engage with external vendors to evaluate COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions.
- Define solutions in line with long-term front-end technology roadmap and business strategy.
Experience:
MUST HAVE - EA Framework (Togaf, Archimate, Sparx, Etc), Repository and Mapping, Bachelor's degree
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Enterprise Architecture.
- Holistic and end-to-end view across domains/enterprise.
- Ability to have oversight across multiple initiatives.
- Fluent with several EA modeling techniques, frameworks, and tools (Togaf, Archimate, etc.).
- Knowledge of multiple IT domains (infrastructure, software, security, network, middleware, data, cloud, etc.).
- Fluent in identifying and mapping capabilities in architecture and applications.
- Ability to design, document, and implement an enterprise architecture, including guidelines and standards.
- Excellent in long-term strategic thinking and planning in line with the target architecture and CAST model.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. English fluency is mandatory.
- Strong presentation skills towards senior management, key stakeholders, and technical peers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Skills : MUST be an excellent communicator. This person will be bridging the gap between the IT stakeholders and the Business stakeholders and need to be able to collaborate between them. This isn't a hands-on technical role but they need to have a technical background leading IT projects in applications. Also need at least 1 EA framework (Togaf, Archimate, etc).
Need experience with Enterprise Mapping and Repositories. Bachelors Degree Need to be able to go onsite at least 3 days a week in Greensboro, NC.
