As an Epic Instructional Design Specialist / eLearning Developer, you’ll drive training initiatives that ensure staff proficiency across Epic systems, directly supporting clinical and operational success. Your expertise will guide the development, assessment, and continuous improvement of digital training programs, leveraging both your Epic platform knowledge and instructional design skills.

• Manage multiple instructional design projects from initiation to delivery
• Oversee the LMS: content storage, course structure, and user support
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks, and validation tools connected to course content
• Audit and analyze course effectiveness, recommending improvements
• Support Epic upgrades and new module builds with targeted training and validation sessions
• Mentor and train new team members on best practices and technical skills
