Job Summary

TEKsystems is looking for a Technical Support specialist to provide 100% remote support for a client in the Charlotte, NC area. The position offers training, stability, growth, and more.

• 1-3 years of Technical Support experience
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Office 365 and Windows 10/11, browser support

• Provide phone, email, and chat support to end users
• Troubleshoot issues, remote into machines, reset passwords
• Handle approximately 40-50 calls, chats, and emails daily

Contract to hire position, based out of Charlotte, NC. 100% remote/hybrid work possibility.

Pay range $23.00–$23.00 per hour.
