OpCenter Discrete MES Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Siemens Opcenter MOM Consultant with 4-7 years of expertise in CAMSTAR
. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, analyze technical requirements, and manage Opcenter Discrete module development
. This role involves supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring application availability, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.

• Work with customer stakeholders to design solutions based on the Siemens Opcenter MOM platform
  .
• Conduct techno-functional analysis and impact assessments for new requirements and system changes.
• Develop and optimize Opcenter Discrete modules (specific to this role; not interchangeable with other Opcenter programs).
• Provide technical guidance to team members on Opcenter applications
  .
• Support Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Requests, and Change Management
  .
• Manage periodic governance reporting
  , ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
• Lead team management, customer engagement, and knowledge-sharing efforts
  .
• Coordinate with manufacturing sites, aligning shop floor operations with business processes.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
  .
• Collaborate with MES COE, interfacing teams, and digital manufacturing initiatives
  .
• Work closely with the product team to ensure smooth operations, upgrades, and implementations.

• 4-7 years of CAMSTAR experience
  .
• Strong expertise in Siemens Opcenter MOM solutions.
• Proven experience in Opcenter Discrete module development
  .
• Ability to troubleshoot and manage incidents, change requests, and problem resolution
  .
• Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and shop floor processes
  .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  .
• Proficiency in SLA, KPI management, and governance reporting
  .
