Responsibilities- Coordinate service work for existing customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Client Services, Production, and Engineering teams to align service priorities
- Maintain accurate customer data and service records in software systems
- Take ownership of client issues, ensuring timely resolution and proactive communication
- Develop and maintain service procedures, policies, and standards
- Assist with outbound service sales activities, including list building, outreach, and meeting scheduling

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience preferred - Experience
:
Previous experience in client services, operations, or service coordination, with exposure to or involvement in vehicle maintenance and repair activities - Performance

Able and willing to provide world-class service to all stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite common business software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Asana or similar)
- Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 20+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
- Comfortable standing, bending, and moving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong awareness of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
