• Salary: $30,000 to $38,000 annually (based on experience)

• Help new customers launch their own websites – assist them from purchase and configuration through publishing.
• Provide fast, caring support to resolve client issues and deliver expert training.
• Reach out to clients periodically to check in and offer help with strategy, marketing, and technology.

• Familiarity with both PCs and Macs
