Job Summary
The Department of Human Resources is seeking qualified individuals for temporary Tech Support Technician positions that may become available on campus at UNC Greensboro.
Responsibilities- Personal desktop and device support
- Software updates
- System maintenance
- Communication and information
- Website maintenance and development
- Other duties assigned by a Supervisor
- Graduation from high school and at least one year of experience in technology related to the role.
- Computer coursework may substitute for experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
- Journey level requires an additional six months of experience.
- Advanced level requires an additional one year of experience.
- Tech support experience in a higher education environment.
Recruitment range: $15.00 - $34.62 per hour, ranging from Minimum to Advanced Market Rate. Positions are paid on an hourly basis and rates are approved by Human Resources.
