Overview: We are seeking a Senior Security Operations and Cloud Specialist with over 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco Stealthwatch (Secure Network Analytics), Splunk, Microsoft Defender, and Tenable, as well as strong experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform. This role involves supporting the timely and budget-conscious build-out of private cloud solutions at Wells Fargo's data centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Build-Out Support:
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget build-out of private cloud solutions in Wells Fargos data centers.
  • Provide expertise in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)/Tanzu App Service (TAS) and Container platforms.
• Technical Analysis & Decision Making:
  • Review and analyze complex technical challenges and escalated support issues.
  • Make informed decisions on technical changes and enhancements.
• Automation & Scripting:
  • Utilize Ansible and Terraform tools for automation.
  • Develop and maintain shell scripts to automate processes.
• Configuration Drift & CI/CD Implementation:
  • Build and roll out Configuration drift and CI/CD on container platforms.
  • Consult with the engineering team on change design, requiring a solid understanding of technical process controls or standards across all platforms/clusters.
• Collaboration & Consulting:
  • Collaborate and consult with technical peers, colleagues, and mid to senior-level managers.
  • Work closely with internal engineering teams to adopt best practices.
  • Assist partners with troubleshooting, onboarding, migrations to new cloud platforms, and day-to-day break-fix activities and upgrades as needed.
• Security Operations:
  • Act as a single pane of glass to monitor security alerts and report to the team.
  • Identify, triage, and elevate security incidents as necessary.
  • Document security gaps and provide periodic recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Proven experience with Cisco Stealthwatch (Secure Network Analytics), Splunk, Microsoft Defender, and Tenable.
  • Strong experience with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting.
• Cloud Platforms:
  • Extensive experience with Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)/Tanzu App Service (TAS) and Container platforms.
  • Experience in building and rolling out configuration drift and CI/CD on container platforms.
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in a security operations and cloud infrastructure role.
  • Experience in monitoring, triaging, and escalating security incidents.
  • Familiarity with documenting security processes and providing recommendations.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Education & Certification:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
