This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in NICE CXone, contact center reporting, telephony systems, and data analytics.
RequiredSkills & Experience:
- 8+ years of IT support or operations experience (11+ years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree)
- 4+ years of network/telephony system support
- 2+ years of leadership or team mentoring experience
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone (NICE in Contact)
- Experience with contact center reporting, ACD reporting, dashboards, analytics, and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, call flow analysis, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
