You will handle Windows OS PC support, install/configure PCs and printers, manage OKTA access, support Office 365 provisioning, and coordinate POS installations with vendors. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.
Shift is typically 7am–8pm Mon–Fri with occasional weekend coverage in a fast-paced environment.
