The 10th Judicial District Court seeks a Custody and Visitation Mediator (NS) to provide mediation services in the Custody and Visitation Mediation Program in accordance with NC General Statutes §50-13.1. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the mediation process and drafting parenting agreements in the children’s best interests.
The role requires a master’s degree in relevant fields, at least two years of mediation/negotiation experience, and forty hours of mediation training.
