Senior SAP Procure to Pay Manager

Job Title

Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Procure-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4 Fashion.

Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state PTP processes aligned to Ralph Lauren's global ERP transformation.

Configure and support key PTP capabilities, including purchase order management, pricing procedures, MRP, PO splits, PO diverts, inventory, invoicing, and related logistics processes.

Collaborate with master data, logistics, finance, sourcing, buying, retail, wholesale, and distribution teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.

Support integration activities involving BTP, EDI, IDocs, APIs, and related enterprise integration platforms.

Participate in fit-gap analysis, process design workshops, testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post-go-live support.

Partner with functional, technical, data, and integration teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve process or system defects.

Support documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and change readiness activities for business users.

Contribute to global deployment planning and support cross-region collaboration across multiple time zones.

Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with SAP S/4 Fashion best practices and Ralph Lauren's enterprise transformation objectives.
