As part of Ralph Lauren's Next Generation Transformation initiative, the Company is replacing its core operating systems, including SAP, Island Pacific, and Microsoft D365, with a unified Enterprise Resource Planning solution. This transformation will standardize business operations across Planning, Sourcing and Buying, Retail and Wholesale, Logistics and Distribution, and Finance. The SAP S/4 Fashion Procure-to-Pay Specialist will play a key role in supporting the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 Fashion capabilities across Ralph Lauren's global transformation program.
This role requires deep expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes, SAP S/4 Fashion functionality, and cross‑functional collaboration with business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands‑on SAP configuration experience, fashion or retail industry knowledge, and the ability to partner with stakeholders across business process, IT, data, integration, testing, and deployment teams.
- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Procure-to-Pay processes in SAP S/4 Fashion.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define future‑state PTP processes aligned to Ralph Lauren's global ERP transformation.
- Configure and support key PTP capabilities, including purchase order management, pricing procedures, MRP, PO splits, PO diverts, inventory, invoicing, and related logistics processes.
- Collaborate with master data, logistics, finance, sourcing, buying, retail, wholesale, and distribution teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment.
- Support integration activities involving BTP, EDI, IDocs, APIs, and related enterprise integration platforms.
- Participate in fit‑gap analysis, process design workshops, testing cycles, defect resolution, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support.
- Partner with functional, technical, data, and integration teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve process or system defects.
- Support documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and change readiness activities for business users.
- Contribute to global deployment planning and support cross‑region collaboration across multiple time zones.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with SAP S/4 Fashion best practices and Ralph Lauren's enterprise transformation objectives.
- 8+ years of SAP experience across SAP S/4
HANA, SAP ECC, SAP AFS, or related SAP enterprise platforms. - 3+ years of hands‑on SAP S/4 Fashion experience.
- Strong functional expertise in Procure-to-Pay processes within SAP.
- Full‑cycle SAP S/4 Fashion implementation experience.
- Experience configuring PTP processes, including purchase order management, pricing procedures, MRP, inventory, logistics, and invoicing.
- Understanding of master data dependencies and impacts across procurement, inventory, logistics, and finance.
- Experience working with technical integration concepts, including BTP, EDI, IDocs, and APIs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.
- Ability to operate in a complex, global transformation environment.
