In this role, you will provide client services and support for Nasdaq's Board Portal Software, handling diverse and time-sensitive client projects and requests through both client-facing and back-office activities. You will gain exposure to the world of Corporate Governance, interacting with Administrators, Corporate Secretaries, and Board members of leading global organizations. Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for Board Portal Software via email and telephone
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by consistently delivering value and anticipating needs
• Provide user training and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Assist with identification of business and system requirements
• Assist with the production of operational and user documentation
• Collaborate and communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers
• Promote new product features and capabilities to clients
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong aptitude for working with software applications
• Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably supporting sophisticated products
