** Role Overview - Client Service Delivery Analyst*
* In this role, you will provide client services and support for Nasdaq's Board Portal Software, handling diverse and time-sensitive client projects and requests through both client-facing and back-office activities. You will gain exposure to the world of Corporate Governance, interacting with Administrators, Corporate Secretaries, and Board members of leading global organizations.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Provide support for Board Portal Software via email and telephone

+ Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by consistently delivering value and anticipating needs

+ Provide user training and respond to queries in a timely manner

+ Assist with identification of business and system requirements

+ Assist with the production of operational and user documentation

+ Collaborate and communicate client requirements to Account Administrators and Success Managers

+ Promote new product features and capabilities to clients

+ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions

** Ideal Candidate Profile*
* + Excellent written and spoken English communication skills

+ Strong aptitude for working with software applications

+ Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably supporting sophisticated products

+ Excellent collaboration skills with a positive and performance-driven attitude

+ Highly reliable, crucial, stress-resistant, and resilient personality

+ Self-sufficient, independent, and proactive in task handling

+ Effective multitasker, eager to learn beyond immediate responsibilities
