Role Overview

• Supporting system stability, performance, and availability by conducting complex analysis and troubleshooting.
• Providing first and second level support for enterprise systems across multiple IT domains.
• Planning and executing system configurations, upgrades, and decommissions, while documenting procedures.
• Participating in change management and supporting vendor activities.
• Recommending performance optimization, supporting communication with stakeholders, and assisting in developing problem prevention guidelines.

• Minimum three years of application support experience.
• At least one year in a leadership role within IT or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus six years of relevant work experience, or equivalent work experience.
