Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
- English language fluency required
- Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Agile Fundamentals preferred
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools such as Rally and Jira preferred
- Technical background or experience in software development or related fields preferred
- Must not require employer sponsorship for work visa status or employment authorization
